I hold a double Major Bachelor's degree in both Psychology & Sociology. with an emphasis on Spiritual Growth, Freedom & Discipleship, I am an Accredited Trauma Informed Coach with the Global Coaches Alliance, whose mission is to develop Kingdom-based trauma informed coaches that adhere to a Standard of Excellence and Best Practices in the field of Christ Centered Mentorship.
I work with women challenged by Narcissistic & Spiritual Abuse sustained in relationships and churches. My SPIRITUAL ICU Program empowers women to set realistic and actionable goals that promote healing, spiritual growth & motivation to pursue their unique purpose in God while overcoming the trauma and confusion from spiritual & Narcissistic abuse.
